Jeremy offers a unique approach to mediation. Unlike some mediators, he does not simply ferry offers back and forth between parties. Nor does he “bully” the parties into agreement. Jeremy expects and encourages his clients to become very involved in the negotiation process. He does so to generate mutual understanding so that clients feel a sense of control and, so that the process, which can be emotionally challenging for all parties, does not become overwhelming.
He is known for his educative and confident, yet understated style, which makes his clients feel both comfortable and supported.
