Jeremy Solomon LLM CS has been practicing insurance and injury litigation for over 24 years. Having been both plaintiff counsel and defense litigator equally throughout that time, Jeremy understands the issues for both sides of any personal injury dispute, so is uniquely qualified to help parties reach a satisfactory settlement. Jeremy has a Masters Level designation in alternative dispute resolution and in civil litigation from Osgoode Hall Law School and is certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Importantly, Jeremy’s clients describe him as a patient listener and an analytical and empathetic professional with integrity and strong personal values. He is not afraid to tell clients what they need to know and to proactively help them work through options, in order to find the right outcome for themselves, and he does so from an empathetic and experienced point of view.
While Jeremy spends much of his time litigating or mediating, he also has a personal interest in traveling and learning about the social challenges in Africa. He continues to look for ways to help those who can’t help themselves. In recognition of every mediation, Jeremy will donate to Plan Canada. Founded in 1937, Plan is one of the world’s oldest and largest charities, working to end global poverty. Its singular purpose is to improve the lives of children.
