Find an available date that works for you and click on the window in the calendar and your mediation will be booked

If you would like to find out about Jeremy’s availability, or to book SMS for mediation services, we provide an easy to use calendar below.

  1. First, choose whether you would like full or half day mediation (under “Please Select a Service”)
  2. Click on “Show Available Times”
  3. Next, find an available date in the calendar and click on it. When you do, the date will appear beside the right hand side of the calendar. If you have chosen a half-day session, click on the time you would prefer (10:00 am or 2:00pm). If you have chosen a full-day session then click on 10:00am.
  4. A form will appear below for you to fill out. Be sure to include the names and contact information of all counsel in the form.
  5. Once you have booked, Jeremy will follow up with you to learn more.
